Job summary

A leading organization in employee development is seeking an experienced L&D Specialist to manage training programs and strategy. You will conduct training needs analysis, design and deliver effective training sessions, and drive digital learning initiatives. The ideal candidate has a minimum of a diploma in Psychology or Business Administration, with at least 1-3 years of relevant training experience, particularly in the sales or retail sector. The role requires excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, and offers a competitive salary of RM4.5k - RM5k, located in Senai-Ipark.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma and above in Psychology, Business Administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
• Minimum 1-3 years working experience as a trainer.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end L&D function, ensuring effective plans.
• Conduct yearly L&D Needs Analysis and design programs.
• Deliver in-house training programs effectively.
