KYC Analyst (Thai/Indonesian/Vietnamese Speaker - Non native) – Fresh Graduates

We are representing one of our multinational clients, an award-winning leader in online trading and financial services, seeking a KYC Analyst to be based in Bangsar Shopping Mall, Kuala Lumpur.

Responsibilities

• Review customer documents
• Resolve various alerts while conducting KYC
• Activate new customer trading accounts
• Handle client communication via multilingual and templated emails
• Perform back-office operations, including withdrawals, transfers, and deposits
• Perform additional tasks and special projects upon request

Qualifications

• Possess a Degree in Finance or relevant qualification
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Prefer candidates who can join immediately
• Good communication (spoken and written) in Thai/Indonesian/Vietnamese AND English (role liaises with native customers from respective countries)
• Prior experience conducting KYC and/or back-office operations is preferred
• Able to multi-task and meet daily benchmarks/deadlines
• Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision
• Able to maintain confidentiality
• Public transport: MRT is 500 meters walking distance
