Responsibilities

• Responsible for preparation of vendor payments and staff claims.
• Ensure payment transactions are recorded in ERP system.
• Reconciliation of vendor statements against ERP accounts.
• Complete monthly closing efficiently.
• Assist in payment runs and generate payment vouchers.
• Process requests in line with Service Level Agreement.
• Complete monthly bank reconciliation and exception reports.
