What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented KOL Coordinator to support our influencer, UGC, and partnership ecosystem.
In this role, you will coordinate with creators, manage communication and deliverables, and ensure the smooth execution of KOL and UGC campaigns across multiple platforms.
The ideal candidate understands social media trends, enjoys working with creators, and can manage multiple moving parts efficiently.

What You’ll Do
1. KOL & UGC Creator Coordination
  • Handle micro and mid-tier influencers and our freelance UGC content creators.
  • Assist in identifying, shortlisting, negotiating, and onboarding creators.
  • Manage creator communication, timelines, deliverables, and approvals.
  • Maintain updated databases and nurture long-term creator relationships.
2. Content Coordination & Creative Support
  • Support content scripting, creative direction, and briefing sessions.
  • Review and evaluate content quality to ensure brand and campaign alignment.
  • Spot and apply trending content formats (especially TikTok/Reels-style).
  • Optimize UGC creatives for ads and performance-focused campaigns.
3. Campaign Execution
  • Coordinate end-to-end campaign workflows: logistics, seeding, approvals, posting schedules.
  • Manage product delivery and required admin tasks (contracts, invoices, documentation).
  • Ensure compliance with platform rules and proper disclosure (#ad, etc.).
4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
  • Track KOL and UGC content performance: reach, engagement, CTR, conversions.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives to improve performance.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports and insights to support future campaign optimization.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Creative, Growth, Marketing, and Product teams.
  • Ensure campaign alignment with brand messaging and business objectives.
  • Support budget tracking and vendor coordination when needed.
The Right Fit Has…
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, KOL coordination, UGC management, or social media roles.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and creator ecosystems.
