What You Do
  • Manage, coach, and motivate a dynamic sales team to achieve ambitious targets and exceed business objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies, keeping abreast of market trends and opportunities to maximize growth.
  • Establish trust and collaboration with healthcare providers to deliver impactful sleep health solutions to patients.
  • Monitor team performance, analyze sales metrics, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and regional teams to ensure alignment and optimize customer satisfaction.
Who You Are
  • An accomplished leader with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biotechnology, Medical Science, or a related field.
  • A professional with at least 5 years of medical sales experience, including 3 years in a leadership role, with a background in Sleep Care, CPAP, respiratory-related, medical device or relevant areas.
  • Experience in both B2B and B2C within healthcare is highly preferred.
  • A sales-driven individual who excels at building and maintaining strong working relationships with doctors, collaborating to provide effective sleep diagnostics and treatment options to improve patient outcomes.
  • Skilled in client relationship management, with a focus on fostering trust and long-term partnerships rather than just selling products.
  • Adept at leveraging CRM tools and sales analytics to enhance performance and ensure seamless customer relationship management.
  • Passionate about healthcare innovation, with a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and medical products.
