Job Description
  • Sales Strategy & Execution - Develop and implement sales plans that align with company objectives and market share growth targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management - Establish and nurture strong relationships with key industry players, including metal roofers, steel fabricators, roof installers, and industrial building contractors.
  • Performance & Target Achievement - Drive monthly sales performance through proactive portfolio management and trend-based strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with operations, finance, and marketing teams to ensure seamless project execution and service delivery.
  • Market Intelligence & Growth - Track market trends and competitor activities, refine strategies, and enhance customer satisfaction through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate should have strong project sales experience in the building materials industry, with high energy to drive sales. The ideal candidate should have:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Solid network within project sales for building materials, preferably from the steel and construction industry.
  • Proven experience and product knowledge in steel or construction materials.
  • Strong analytical and planning skills, collaborative mindset, bilingual proficiency, and self-motivation.
  • Demonstrated success in managing key accounts and closing high-value deals.
  • Willingness to travel as and when required to service Southern region.
