Strategic Account Management
- Manage a range of key clients, building and maintaining strong, multi-layered relationships internally, ensuring understanding of client needs, and ensuring service delivery meets or exceeds expectations.
- Proactively manage and resolve any service upgrade issues, ensuring timely and effective communication with clients.
Solution Design and Consulting
- Conduct in-depth analysis of clients' supply chains to identify pain points, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, freight, warehousing, customs, and IT) to build comprehensive and cost-effective logistics solutions.
Business Growth and Performance
- Drive revenue and profit growth for the client portfolio through upselling and cross-selling related products.
- Lead business negotiations for contract renewals, new service agreements, and price reviews.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in the logistics or supply chain industry.
- Possess successful experience in customer-oriented roles (e.g., key account manager, business development, or commercial roles), with a proven track record of managing and expanding large, complex clients.
- In-depth understanding the logistics landscape, including freight forwarding, contract logistics, customs regulations, and transportation networks.
- Experience in designing and selling integrated logistics solutions is preferred.
