We are currently looking for an experienced Key Account Manager for a leading multinational (MNC) player in the FMCG food space. This position gives you the opportunity to take full ownership of the total Local Key Account (LKA) channel.

  • Reporting to: National Sales Manager (Modern Trade)
  • Location: Kuala Lumpur
  • Join a global FMCG leader to manage and nurture growth among key local chains - Econsave, Mydin, and TF Value.
The Role
  • Take full ownership of the commercial performance for your LKA portfolio, with clear execution to achieve and exceed sales, distribution, and operational goals.
  • Strategically devise annual joint business plans, leading all key trade negotiations and crafting impactful promotional calendars to drive growth.
  • Cultivate and deepen strategic partnerships with key buyers and senior stakeholders, acting as the primary and trusted point of contact for all commercial matters.
  • Collaborate closely with internal marketing and supply chain teams to ensure flawless in-store execution, optimal on-shelf availability, and effective inventory management.
The Experience
  • Minimum 4 years of FMCG key account management experience.
  • Experience managing LKA accounts such as Econsave, Mydin and/or TF Value is highly desirable.
