Qualifications

  • Develop an intimate understanding of the client’s business to identify new opportunities.
  • Analyze usage patterns and proactively identify new opportunities.
  • Identify and engage key stakeholders within the client organization.
  • Manage and enhance relationships at all levels within the client organization.
  • Provide strategic feedback for product enhancements.

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Key Account Manager to build and grow strategic partnerships with key accounts by delivering value-driven solutions that meet and exceed customer expectations.

In this role, you will drive sales growth through new account penetration and upselling to existing clients, while working closely with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience. If you excel at stakeholder management, enjoy a hands-on approach, and perform well in fast-paced environments, we’d love to hear from you.

Here’s How You Will Add Value:
  • Develop an intimate understanding of the client’s business with a view to identifying/ pursuing new business opportunities across the organization
  • Analyze usage patterns and proactively identify new opportunities to further develop the account
  • Identify and engage key stakeholders within the client organization
  • Builds/ manages/ enhances relationships at all levels across the client organization
  • Works closely with internal product team(s) to identify/ build innovative solutions within existing solution portfolio
  • Provides strategic feedback so as to enable ongoing enhancements of existing products/ development of new solutions
  • Formulating/ maintaining Account Plans which includes key components such as overall AC strategy, business outlook, relationship plan/ matrix, and key activities/ actions, etc
  • Monthly financial reporting of business outlook
  • Manage/ coordinate activities with post-sale support teams to resolve outstanding customer issues
