  • Build Key Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), hospital administrators, and other influential stakeholders.
  • Shape the Market: Identify and capitalize on emerging business opportunities, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to improve patient access and outcomes.
  • Champion Excellence: Ensure all commercial activities are conducted with the highest ethical standards, in compliance with local regulations and company\'s internal policies.
  • Transform Insights into Action: Translate market insights and customer feedback into actionable strategies that drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Proven Leadership: 5-10 years of progressive pharmaceutical sales experience, with a strong track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
