  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships; understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the Key Account Management team, if there is a team, setting objectives and evaluating performance; manage resource allocation and team workload.
  • Project Oversight: Ensure the successful execution of client projects, maintaining high-quality standards; coordinate with other departments for seamless project delivery.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse account performance, implementing strategies to increase profitability.
