Qualifications

Job description

You will be responsible for acquiring new business and achieving the targets set by Lyreco for winning new customers (large corporations) within Malaysia.

  1. Prospect for potential customers using various direct methods such as calling and face-to-face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking.
  2. Handle the full prospect tendering process and follow group guidelines in accordance with customer contract signing.
  3. Oversee the implementation of prospects and new customer portfolios to ensure customer satisfaction.
  4. Qualify prospects against company criteria for ideal customers and sales.
  5. Consistently achieve targets set by management.
  6. Establish and maintain good professional relationships with customers, managing the entire sales cycle from initial engagement to closing sales.
  7. Draft and deliver proposals according to Lyreco standards in a timely manner.
  8. Accurately report sales activities in a timely manner.
  9. Provide feedback to management on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers by extending company offerings.
  10. Perform any other reasonable ad hoc tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in any field of study.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; strong analytical skills; experience in corporate sales tendering process.
  • Valid Malaysia driving license.
  • Good verbal and written English skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience, with at least 2 years in B2B or service sales industry handling corporate customers.
