You will be responsible for acquiring new business and achieving the targets set by Lyreco for winning new customers (large corporations) within Malaysia.
- Prospect for potential customers using various direct methods such as calling and face-to-face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking.
- Handle the full prospect tendering process and follow group guidelines in accordance with customer contract signing.
- Oversee the implementation of prospects and new customer portfolios to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Qualify prospects against company criteria for ideal customers and sales.
- Consistently achieve targets set by management.
- Establish and maintain good professional relationships with customers, managing the entire sales cycle from initial engagement to closing sales.
- Draft and deliver proposals according to Lyreco standards in a timely manner.
- Accurately report sales activities in a timely manner.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers by extending company offerings.
- Perform any other reasonable ad hoc tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in any field of study.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; strong analytical skills; experience in corporate sales tendering process.
- Valid Malaysia driving license.
- Good verbal and written English skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience, with at least 2 years in B2B or service sales industry handling corporate customers.
