A medical device company in Penang is seeking a Key Account Executive / Program Administrator to manage customer inquiries and orders, coordinate projects, and support internal departments. The ideal candidate should have a degree in International Business and at least 2 years of experience in related fields. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Strong negotiation, organizational skills and proficiency in office software are essential. The position offers opportunities for career development within a dynamic environment.
Responsible for receiving customer inquiry (RFQ), in accordance with the provisions of the appropriate review process, and to assist in the provision of relevant information required for quotations, timely follow-up and feedback to the customer of quotations progress; follow-up customer feedback on the quotations;
Responsible for receiving of customer orders (PO), make confirmation and order arrangement on time, assist to the order review process, make confirmation and feedback to the customer on time;
Follow up production and delivery status, timely communicate with PMC, Production department, Supply Chain department and other related departments to solve related issues of shipment. If there is any problem, feedback to the customers on time;
Work together with Project Engineers in order to follow up on the project status, assist the Project Engineers to promote the progress of the project and ensure that the project will be carried out as per scheduled;
To convey the customer's complaint to company's other related departments and follow-up the processing status, especially to deal with related departments handling of customer complaints for quality, delivery, service, or other's issues;
Assist Marketing & Finance Department in completing the verification of accounts receivable;
Participate in or lead an internal or external meeting for all project or product related (Internal meeting and Tele/Video conference call), make relevant preparations in advance before the meeting, follow up after the meeting to complete the resolution and unfinished matters;
To accompany and guide the customer during their visits, completes all preparations in advance, and promptly follows up any related matter;
Visiting the customer and develop new project;
Visit and participate in evaluate the suppliers as needed, in order to assist purchaser to manage the customer's designated secondary suppliers;
Send holidays greetings, general or personal blessing and greetings to the customers;
Issue Customer Satisfaction Survey Questionnaire and follow-up the results;
Handle daily related works, ensure the timeliness and efficiency of handling the business processes;
Complete other's task assigned by the superior.
Qualification & Experience:
Degree in International Business & Business related field.
Min 2 years’ experience with Plastic Injection and Medical device or related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
International Business and project management knowledge
Proficient use of WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT and other office software,
Good negotiation skills, meticulous, initiative, responsible and self-motivated.
