Job summary

A dynamic international company in Subang Jaya is seeking an experienced Account Manager to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of experience in Account Management, B2B Sales, or Business Development, with exceptional communication skills. Responsibilities include developing strategic account plans, cross-selling and upselling products, and collaborating with internal teams. This role requires a proactive mindset and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with stakeholders and executive-level decision-makers.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop account-specific strategies to ensure client retention and maximize the lifetime value of each account.
  • Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling products or services to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Conflict Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for any escalations, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Product, Marketing, and Support teams to ensure the client’s voice is heard and their needs are met.
  • Reporting: Track and report on account metrics, including health scores, renewal rates, and revenue forecasts.
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience: 2–3 years of experience in Account Management, B2B Sales, or Business Development.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deliver persuasive presentations, able to converse in Chinese will be added advantage.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and market trends to provide actionable insights to clients.
  • Problem-Solving: A proactive mindset with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures to solve client challenges.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
