A leading technology company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Junior Technical Support Assistant to provide technical support through various channels including tickets and phone calls. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, be fluent in English, and possess strong attention to detail. The role includes managing client queries and participating in intensive training. Attractive remuneration and benefits package offered to successful candidates.
Monitor and reply to incoming technical support tickets, chats, and frequently asked questions
Manage and distribute incoming queries from clients and users
Provide customer support by phone
Assist with internal departmental workload as needed
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Finance, Computer Science, IT, or a related field
High level of computer literacy with excellent knowledge of software for working on the Internet
Fluency in English is mandatory;
Additional Asian language (Japanese, Korean, Thai , etc) is a big plus
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Availability to work in shifts
Strong moral and ethical character
Ability to provide clear explanations with sound reasoning
Ability to learn fast - the chosen candidate will participate in intensive training and will have to support continuous knowledge updates
Great attention to detail
Knowledge of trading platforms and experience in financial markets
Prior experience in technical customer support
Preference for candidates with a Computer Science degree
