Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a crucial role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to meet our organization's staffing needs. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a deep understanding of recruitment best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for various positions within the organization.
• Source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and direct sourcing.
• Review resumes, conduct pre-screening interviews, and assess candidate qualifications to determine fit for open positions.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a positive and efficient interview experience for all parties involved.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and candidate preferences.
• Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and other talent sources to expand the candidate pipeline.
• Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to track candidate progress, maintain accurate records, and generate recruitment reports as needed.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging recruitment technologies to continuously improve recruitment processes and outcomes.
• Assist in the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice.
• Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and networking activities to promote the organization and attract top talent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin is preferred to liaise with Chinese counterparts.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
