We are seeking a talented and experienced Junior Site Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As a Junior Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing construction projects in Malaysia and oversea. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work on exciting and challenging projects, while developing your leadership and technical skills within the Construction industry.

What you'll be doing

• Providing on-site supervision and to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Interpreting and implementing blueprints, specifications, and work orders to guide the construction team
• Monitoring and adjusting work schedules, resource allocation, and workflow to optimise efficiency
• Identifying and resolving any issues or problems that arise during the construction process
• Maintaining accurate records, generating reports, and communicating progress to project managers and clients
• Ensuring adherence to all relevant safety regulations and company policies
• Providing training and support to construction workers to improve their skills and productivity

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar construction supervisory role
• Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and quality standards
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and time management skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and work orders
• Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders
• Certification in construction management or a related field is desirable
