Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and configuration of ServiceNow modules, particularly IT Service Management, IT Operations Management, Workflow App, and HR Service Delivery.
• Support integration efforts between ServiceNow and third‑party systems (e.g., Workday, Microsoft Entra) using Workato, REST APIs, Integration Hub spokes, and enterprise connectors.
• Participate in the automation of workflows, including user provisioning, task automation, and SSO enablement.
• Collaborate with senior developers and architects to implement scalable and secure integration solutions.
• Maintain and update technical documentation related to ServiceNow integrations and configurations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow functionality and integrations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing user experience and operational efficiency.

Experience & Skills

• Approximately 2 years of working experience with ServiceNow, with a strong focus on development and configuration.
• Good working knowledge of ServiceNow development practices.
• Experience with integrations, especially with platforms like Workday, is a value add.
• A passion for using ServiceNow to solve business problems and a proactive approach to enhancing custom applications.
• Solid troubleshooting skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
