Requirements

• Degree in Actuarial Science, Data Science, or other Mathematics/Statistics-based major
• Fresh graduates and talents with up to 2 years of relevant work experience are encouraged to apply
• Strong interest in General (Non-Life) Insurance
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• High learning agility and work efficiency
• Good progress in internationally recognized actuarial examinations
• Fluent in both written and spoken English, with good communication skills
• Strong computer application skills in Microsoft Office product suite and programming language especially Python, SQL
• Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT or Copilot is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Define and develop technical and commercial pricing for retail products
• Propose and implement pricing strategies and portfolio steering initiatives to meet business objectives
• Monitor portfolio performance and review effectiveness of pricing strategy
• Perform financial impact analysis and provide statistical & analytical support for other business functions
• Prepare and review rate filing documentation to regulator
• Rate maintenance in pricing engine
• Mentor, supervise and develop junior actuarial members
