Qualifications

  • Experience in document control and administrative tasks.
  • Understanding of QHSE documentation and processes.
  • Ability to maintain registers and assist in audits.

Responsibilities

  • Perform document control activities.
  • Maintain document registers and ensure proper archiving.
  • Prepare and circulate meeting minutes for relevant meetings.
  • Assist in preparation and submission of quality documents.
  • Support non-conformance tracking and tender submissions.
  • Perform any other tasks as assigned.
