Our client is a leading engineering group specializing in rapid-deployment technical infrastructure for defense, humanitarian, and industrial applications across Southeast Asia. Their solutions include mobile shelters, field hospitals, and modular systems designed for demanding environments.

The Role

As a Junior Mechanical Engineer, you will support the R&D and Quality team in designing, developing, and industrialising new mechanical products and accessories. This role is ideal for a motivated fresh graduate or junior engineer eager to grow in an international engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the design and development of new products and accessories from concept to industrialization.
• Create detailed 3D models, technical drawings, and assemblies using SolidWorks.
• Support prototype development, testing, and validation activities.
• Prepare industrialization and quality documentation, including inspection sheets, QC checklists, and product verification files.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure manufacturability and compliance with quality standards.
• Assist in continuous improvement initiatives within the R&D and Quality department.

Candidate Profile

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Malaysia or overseas)
• Fresh graduate or 1–2 years experience in mechanical design / manufacturing / QA
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes
• Mandarin required (supplier interaction); French is a plus
• Curious, hands-on, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
