Junior / Marketing Executive (Property Developer)

Responsibilities
- Plan, Propose & Execute Marketing Activities: Assist in planning and executing marketing and promotional initiatives — including product launches, advertising campaigns, events, and brand promotions — to enhance project visibility and strengthen market presence.
- Event & Sales Launch Coordination: Coordinate and support the organization of key marketing events such as sales launches, roadshows, exhibitions, and promotional activities to attract prospects, increase engagement, and achieve sales objectives.
- Marketing Collaterals & Content Review: Assist in the preparation, review, and proofreading of marketing materials, advertisements, and media content to ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and compliance with project specifications before publication or launch.
- Liaise with creative, digital, advertising, and media agencies to develop and deliver marketing materials aligned with the Company’s brand identity and marketing strategies.
- Regulatory Submissions & Compliance: Prepare, coordinate, and monitor required documentation and submissions to relevant authorities (e.g., APDL, Borang 7F, NAPIC) to ensure compliance with all project-related regulatory requirements.
- Strategic Input & Marketability Enhancement: Assist the Head of Department in evaluating the marketability and profitability of ongoing developments and contribute ideas toward marketing strategies for upcoming projects.
Job Requirements
- Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of relevant working experience, preferably in sales and marketing, communications, or digital marketing within the Real Estate/Property Development industry.
- Proven ability to coordinate marketing activities and events.
- Analytical and resourceful with good problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with IFCA or similar property-related software is an added advantage.
