  • Conduct on-ground surveys and observations to gather customer feedback and competitor information.
  • Data Organization:
    • Collect, organize, and present data to support marketing strategies and decision-making.
  • Competitor Monitoring:
    • Activity Tracking:
      • Monitor local competitor activities and promotions.
      • Report findings to the marketing team for strategic response.
  • Feedback Collection:
