Exciting opportunity to join NCS Global Technology Sdn. Bhd. as the Junior HR Manager. In this full-time position, you will lead the company's human resources strategies and initiatives, playing a crucial role in shaping the organisation's talent management and employee engagement. Based at our Bayan Lepas, Penang office, you will be instrumental in driving the HR function to support the company's growth and success.

What you'll be doing
  • Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures and programmes to attract, retain and develop top talent
  • Overseeing all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and offboarding
  • Building and leading a high-performing HR team to deliver exceptional service and support to the business
  • Administering employee benefits, leave, and other HR-related policies and procedures
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
  • Providing support and guidance on HR-related matters
  • Promoting a positive, inclusive and engaging company culture
What we are looking for
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 4 - 5 years of experience in HR management
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, labour laws, and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
  • Proficient in data analysis and report generation using Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Adaptable, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team
