• Audit experience (Halal / HACCP / GMP) is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all operations comply with Halal standards, food safety requirements, and relevant regulations (including JAKIM).
• Execute and maintain the Halal Assurance System (HAS) / Internal Halal Control System (IHCS).
• Conduct internal Halal, food safety, and quality audits, and follow up on Corrective Action Reports (CARs).
• Manage all Halal and compliance documentation, records, and certifications to ensure they are accurate and up to date.
• Handle new product registration, Halal certification applications, and liaise with regulatory bodies (e.g., JAKIM/JAIS).
• Coordinate internal (QA, QC, production) and external audits (Halal, food safety, customer audits) and prepare necessary documentation.
• Prepare Halal and compliance reports and update superior regularly.
