  • Handle and assist all graphic design related work for the company.
  • Ensure all artwork produced meets the needs and brand values.
  • Work closely with the marketing team.
  • Take ownership of offline and online design requirements.
  • Execute production delivery with relevant vendors.
  • Record and file all production done by the Creative department.
  • Design interactive experiences for online platforms.
  • Develop print materials including brochures and posters.
  • Develop and maintain consistent design standards across all marketing materials.
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Assist in other company events and activities.
Job description
Responsibilities
  • Handle and assist all graphic design related work for the company.
  • Ensure all artwork produced meets the needs, requirements and brand values.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to interpret company needs and to meet company objectives.
  • Take ownership of all offline and online design requirements for the company and all associated brands.
  • Follow up and execute the production delivery of assigned creative work (FA, Photography, Digital Imaging Touch Up, Color Separation, Printing etc) with relevant internal and external vendors.
  • Record and file all production/visual/creatives done by the Creative department.
  • Work with the operation team on advertising visuals and design interactive experiences for the company's various online platforms (Google, Facebook, IG, Xiaohongshu, etc.).
  • Design a variety of print materials, including but not limited to visual identity (VI), brochures, flyers, posters, and other promotional materials.
  • Develop and maintain consistent design standards across all marketing and advertising materials.
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Assist in other company events and activities, and/or ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Marketing department.
