A manufacturing company in Malaysia is seeking a Customer Relations Executive to manage sales orders and address customer inquiries. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in customer service, possess relevant educational qualifications, and be fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin. Responsibilities include handling customer complaints, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining accurate records. A meticulous and service-oriented approach is essential for this role.
Follow up sales/orders with the respective salesperson and interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries or requirements about products and services in a timely and efficient manner.
To be fully supported for salesperson to process the order received from customers.
Handling and feedback on customer’s complaints and delivery discrepancies.
Coordination – Liaise with inter-department to ensure the smooth running of delivery schedule to fulfil customer’s requirements.
Company Assets – Monitoring & tally internal records with customers for company assets (IBC, Drum & others).
Reporting – Database key in on time & no error.
Other ad-hoc duties perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by HOD/ management with no error & within the timeline.
