Position Overview

The Junior Digital Marketing Executive plays a key role in supporting the company’s digital marketing initiatives across social media, paid advertising, and CRM channels. This role focuses on executing impactful digital campaigns, optimizing performance through data-driven insights, and maintaining consistent brand presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and detail-oriented, with a passion for social media trends and digital marketing innovation.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Content Management
  • Assist in planning, executing, and managing content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, and other relevant platforms.
  • Curate and publish engaging, on‑brand content that aligns with campaign goals and brand messaging.
  • Monitor and report on social media performance, and optimize content strategies for improved results.
Digital Advertising
  • Support the setup, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance to ensure ROI and alignment with marketing objectives.
  • Assist in preparing performance summaries and recommending optimization strategies.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
  • Compile and analyze monthly reports covering social media, website traffic, and ad campaign performance.
  • Identify key insights and trends to guide future campaign improvements.
EDM, WhatsApp Marketing & Website Management
  • Assist in the planning and execution of EDM and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
  • Manage audience data for targeting, personalization, and engagement improvement.
  • Support website updates and track user behavior using Google Analytics and other tracking tools.
Brand & Strategy Support
  • Support brand positioning initiatives to strengthen overall market presence.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across digital channels.
Client Engagement
  • Respond professionally to customer inquiries across social media and WhatsApp.
  • Maintain a timely, accurate, and customer‑focused communication approach.

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

  • Experience with EDM, WhatsApp marketing, and CRM tools (including data management and performance analysis).
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite, and other relevant platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data into actionable insights.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and results‑driven, with excellent time management and communication skills.
