Responsibilities

1. To handle conveyancing work in particular Sale & Purchase Agreement and various bank loan documentation, discharge, perfection of charge, perfection to transfer and other conveyancing matters.
2. To maintain/update file status on various platforms of operation systems.
3. Attending to clients, correspondences, preparing status report and other types of work assigned by the firm from time to time.

Qualifications and Requirements

1. Able to work independently
2. Able to handle multiple tasks at any given time and to complete entrusted task within the requisite time
3. Strong command in English (Spoken and Written)
4. Able to work under pressure, committed and meet a tight deadline
