Overview

Position: Junior Business Development Officer (Asia Market)

Location: Remote within Thailand, Malaysia, Korea

Employment type: Full-time

Responsibilities
  • Support the business development team in identifying, onboarding, and assisting external partners such as affiliates and referral agents.
  • Conduct research to identify potential leads and market opportunities.
  • Manage daily communications with partners, ensuring they are updated on relevant products, services, and initiatives.
  • Assist in the preparation of business proposals, presentations, and performance reports.
  • Maintain accurate records of partner interactions and activities in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely support and smooth partner experience.
  • Participate in internal training sessions and industry-related events as needed.
Qualifications
  • Native or fluent in English (C1 level), as well as Fluency in either Thai, Malay or Korean, with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in business development, account management, or sales support in FX industry is must
