The Bread Baker will assist in preparing the baked products while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and quality.

Assist in the preparation and baking of pastries as instructed

Prepare ingredients including retrieving from storage, weighing and portioning, and storage matters.

Mixing the ingredients and bring out the dough from mixer for next step.

Moulding and shaping the dough.

Handles proofer and oven sections.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the sections and factory including the storage area.

Ensure proper storage of ingredients and adherence to food safety standards.

Work effectively with other team members to ensure smooth operations and timely service.

Moves products from production lines into storage and shipping areas.

Preparation work for packing and perform packing duties.

Possesses at least 2 years of experience in Bakery (if lesser than that, can join us as Junior Baker, Packer or Bakery Assistant)

Ensures good communication with superiors. Should any issues arise or foreseen to happen, must be highlighted to the superior.

Be able to work well independently and to work in a team environment.

Physically fit or strong to carry the dough.

Work from Mondays to Saturdays.
