Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing client accounts, serving as a primary point of contact for day‑to‑day inquiries and requests.
  • Support the preparation of financial reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting standards.
  • Facilitate communication between the company and Mandarin‑speaking clients, translating documents and conversations as needed.
  • Assist in negotiating contract terms and pricing with clients, aiming to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and account statuses within the company's CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of IT solutions to clients.
  • Support the development and implementation of account management strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
  • Assist in resolving client issues and complaints, escalating complex matters to senior team members as necessary.
  • Provide administrative support to the account management and operations teams, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing correspondence.
