Job summary

A growing technology firm in Kulai, Johor is looking for an Accounting Operations Manager. This role involves managing day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will assist in monthly closures, bank reconciliation, and prepare reports while supporting budgeting and compliance tasks. This position requires liaising with internal teams for billing accuracy and promptly resolving discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Experience in day-to-day accounting operations including Accounts Payable and Receivable.
• Ability to maintain accurate financial records.
• Knowledge in bank reconciliation and report preparation.

Track and follow up on payments to ensure timely collection

Maintain accurate financial and transactional records

Assist in monthly closing, bank reconciliation and report preparation

Support Group Accountant and Finance Controller in budgeting， audits and compliance tasks

Liaise with internal teams to ensure billing accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly

Assist in other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Finance Controller
