Job Description:

Operations Management

Oversee daily outlet operations, ensuring efficiency, cleanliness and compliance with company standards.

Manage stock levels, ordering and inventory control to minimize wastage and ensure product availability.

Ensure all beverages are prepared to brand standards, maintaining consistency in quality and presentation.

Drive sales performance through effective upselling, promotions, and customer engagement.

Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive experience.

Monitor outlet performance against set sales target and implement strategies for growth.

Lead, motivate, and train outlet staff to deliver excellent service and maintain high morale.

Prepare staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and manage attendance records.

Foster a positive team culture focused on teamwork, service excellence, and continuous improvement.

Reporting & Administration

Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports on sales, expenses, and operational issues.

Monitor cash handling and ensure accurate reconciliation of daily sales.

Support the Operations Manager with strategic planning and special projects.

2️⃣ Juice Barista

If you love making fresh juices and smoothies and enjoy engaging with customers, this is the role for you!

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve juices, smoothies, and healthy beverages
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at the counter
• Assist in stock management, including receiving, storing and rotating fresh produce.
• Support smooth daily operations, including opening and closing duties.

Requirements (for both positions):

• Prior experience in F&B or as a Juice Barista preferred
• Positive attitude, energetic personality, and good teamwork
• Must be willing to work on weekends and public holidays
• Working hours: 45 hours per week (follow roster)
