Overview

Are you skilled in stakeholder engagement and regulatory compliance within the upstream Oil & Gas industry? We are seeking a dynamic Joint Venture Management (JVM) Lead to manage partner relationships, regulatory alignment, and financial reporting for Kenyalang assets (SK301B and SK313).

Your Impact
  • Manage relationships with JV partners and PETRONAS-MPM, ensuring alignment on strategic and operational priorities.
  • Coordinate regulatory compliance and secure approvals for key processes.
  • Prepare and deliver structured updates and reports on asset performance, milestones, and financial outcomes during SOCM, TCM, and MCM meetings.
  • Oversee financial documentation, including AFE submissions and Year-End Reporting (YER) packages.
  • Lead integration and review activities such as AMIR, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of inputs across the asset.
Candidate Profile

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A university degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in upstream Oil & Gas, with at least 3 years in stakeholder management.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, PSC agreements, and JV governance.
  • Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and reporting, with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SAP (or equivalent).
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
