Tetap Padu Holdings Sdn Bhd is seeking a qualified and experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate our housing development project located in Sedili Kecil, Kota Tinggi.

Position Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (compulsory).

• Minimum 10 years of proven experience in managing housing development or similar civil engineering projects.

• Strong leadership, communication, and site supervision skills.

• Ability to manage project deliverables, timelines, and quality standards effectively.

• Competent in liaising with consultants, authorities, and the Superintending Officer (S.O).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all daily site operations for the housing development project.

• Ensure construction activities comply with contract specifications, regulations, and timelines.

• Supervise contractors, workers, and project teams to ensure smooth execution.

• Prepare progress reports, documentation, and submissions required by the S.O.

• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and project implementation standards.

• Provide full project supervision for the entire contract duration.
