Job summary

A leading supplier in Selangor is seeking a Sales Executive to drive sales initiatives and build customer relationships. This role involves developing strategies to meet sales targets, identifying new clients, and maintaining strong partnerships with existing customers. Ideal candidates will have at least one year of experience in FMCG sales and be proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English, with Mandarin as an additional advantage. The position supports both local and export sales efforts.

Qualifications

  • Minimum one year experience in sales division of any FMCG company.
  • Able to speak and write well in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly targets.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to ensure continuity of business.
  • Identify and acquire new customers to expand the customer base.
  • Visit customers regularly for good service.
  • Monitor sales performance and analyze sales data.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Science or any areas of studies relevant in the sales operation.
  • Minimum one year working experience currently in the sales division of any FMCG company.
  • Able to speak and write well in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Can speak and write in Mandarin will be an advantage.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
  • Developing and implementing sales strategist to achieve monthly sales target and prepare monthly sales report.
  • Building strong relationships with current customers to ensure continuity of business and explore upselling opportunities.
  • Identify and opening up new customers to increase our customer base.
  • Visit our customers regularly as part of good customer service.
  • Monitoring sales performance and trends by keeping track of sales data, analysing results and identifying areas of improvement.
  • Keep track of competitors marketing and sales activities.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstration to potential and existing customers.
  • Work closely with production, marketing and logistic to ensure stocks availability and arrange timely delivery to customers.
  • Cover for both local and export sales.
  • To join corporate sales.
