Design, develop, and deploy custom workflows and integrations using Atlassian Jira Service Management (JSM)

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance on the best implementation approaches

Write clean, maintainable, and scalable workflow logic following best practices and internal standards

Work closely with product managers, designers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality outcomes

Stay current with the latest Atlassian technologies and development best practices to continuously optimize processes and efficiency

Troubleshoot and debug workflow or integration issues, ensuring timely and effective resolutions

• Experience working with RESTful APIs and webhooks
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for delivering high-quality solutions
• Experience with Atlassian Forge development is a strong plus
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools is advantageous
