Exciting Career Opportunity: Japanese-Speaking Customer Service Representative

Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences and fluent in Japanese? Join our E-Commerce Customer Support team in Kuala Lumpur and be part of a fast-growing global project!

Location: G Tower, Kuala Lumpur

Salary Package: RM6,000 + RM1,000 language allowance

Openings: 3 positions

Work Hours: Shift-based, between 7am – 11pm

Start Date: 27th October 2025

Eligibility: Diploma/Degree holders or equivalent. Fresh graduates are welcome; customer service/call center experience is an advantage.

Malaysians with a JLPT N1 Certificate only

Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer support through phone, email, and live chat.
  • Handle inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism.
