Job Description

Overview of responsibilities for a Japanese speaking customer relation executive in risk management, medical service communication and insurance.

Responsibilities
  • Attend Japanese members at hospital as an interpreter for doctor consultations.
  • Provide medical support to Japanese members including handling hospital procedures, insurance claims, etc.
  • Provide police reporting support as interpreter for Japanese customers involved in car accidents.
  • Handle documents and data entry into computer system in Japanese & English.
  • Provide general administrative and operational support for assigned tasks.
  • Answer phone calls, handle email correspondence and ad-hoc duties.
  • This role requires 24-hour standby shifts, providing support during non-working hours and on weekends or public holidays by shift.
Qualifications
  • Strong Japanese language skill is a must, preferably JLPT N2 & above.
  • Good proficiency in Japanese, English and Malay.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in any field.
  • Willing to travel within Klang Valley.
Working Details
  • Official Working Hours: 5 days a week (8:00 am - 5:00 pm)
  • Expect Saturday as a working day, with two days off per week.
  • Nature of business: Risk management, Medical service communication & Insurance agent.
