Overview of responsibilities for a Japanese speaking customer relation executive in risk management, medical service communication and insurance.
Responsibilities
- Attend Japanese members at hospital as an interpreter for doctor consultations.
- Provide medical support to Japanese members including handling hospital procedures, insurance claims, etc.
- Provide police reporting support as interpreter for Japanese customers involved in car accidents.
- Handle documents and data entry into computer system in Japanese & English.
- Provide general administrative and operational support for assigned tasks.
- Answer phone calls, handle email correspondence and ad-hoc duties.
- This role requires 24-hour standby shifts, providing support during non-working hours and on weekends or public holidays by shift.
Qualifications
- Strong Japanese language skill is a must, preferably JLPT N2 & above.
- Good proficiency in Japanese, English and Malay.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in any field.
- Willing to travel within Klang Valley.
Working Details
- Official Working Hours: 5 days a week (8:00 am - 5:00 pm)
- Expect Saturday as a working day, with two days off per week.
- Nature of business: Risk management, Medical service communication & Insurance agent.
