Gannendo Malaysia is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Japanese Restaurant Staff at our PUBLIKA SHOPPING MALL location. This is a full-time or part-time role within the Hospitality & Tourism industry, based in Kuala Lumpur.

Key Responsibilities

• Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Taking and processing customer orders accurately
• Serving food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area, including restocking and resetting tables
• Providing excellent customer service and addressing any customer queries or concerns
• Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure food quality and presentation standards are met
• Adhering to all health, safety and hygiene regulations
• Assisting with other restaurant duties as required
• Assist Store Manager to handle operations

What We're Looking For
