Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with a positive attitude
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve food and beverages promptly
• Provide menu guidance and recommendations
• Clear and reset tables quickly and neatly
• Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the dining area
• Handle payments via cash or POS system
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
• Work closely with kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Service leader environment, preferably in Japanese cuisine or a similar upscale dining environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a diverse team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for delivering a high-quality dining experience.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
