Explaining patients’ conditions to doctors

Explaining medication instructions to patients (confirming with doctors when unclear)

Assisting pharmacy staff

Accurately entering prescription details into the system (ensuring correct patient information, medication, dosage, administration method, timing, and quantity), etc.

2) Clinic Reception Duties

Relaying messages (verbal, email, and written)

Registering new and existing patients and explaining payment methods

Handling appointment bookings and preparing patient records

Booking and managing vaccination appointments and lists

Receiving test results, confirming them with doctors, informing patients, and filing records

Replenishing and preparing necessary forms

Preparing invoices and handling billing

3) Insurance Administrative Tasks

Communicating with insurance companies and performing data entry

4) Accounting & Administrative Tasks

Preparing and submitting daily reports

Handling bank-related tasks

Creating daily and monthly sales reports

Faxing, scanning, and filing documents

Preparing postal mail and invoices

Submitting monthly attendance reports

Coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and hospitals, etc.

Job Requirements:

JLPT N2 or above

Minimum of 1 year of work experience using Japanese
