Job summary

A leading IT support company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Associate Technical Support (L1) who speaks Italian. The successful candidate will diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related incidents in a customer-focused environment. A degree in Italian Language and Linguistics is required. This is an onsite position with shift work aligned with Italy's timezone. The ideal candidate should be customer-oriented, capable of handling multiple tasks, and meeting service desk metrics.

Qualifications

  • Degree or equivalent/fresh graduate with Italian Language and Linguistics.
  • Ability to read and speak Italian.
  • Complete training and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

  • Responds to and diagnoses hardware, software, and network incidents.
  • Prioritize and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
  • Update customers on ticket status and resolutions.
