IT Support Technician-Salary up to RM3500-Project Based-Kukup, Johor (ID: 14631)

Working days: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm

Basic salary up to RM3,500 + completion bonus

Key Responsibilities

To provide Level 1 support, basic troubleshooting & IT functional assistance which as follows:

Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers etc.

Monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting computer systems and networks.

Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.

Providing technical support to users.

Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.

To assist supervisor on IT project implementation.

Open ticket to escalation of IT related issues.

To escalte the ticket to vendor next tier IT support level if the dedicated personnel not able to resolve the issues.

To provide monthly report on IT support works.

Who Should Apply?

Possess a Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

2-3 years of experience in IT Support services.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills in a fast‑pace environment.

Able to work under minimum supervision.

Good oral and written communication in English.

Good experience in L1/1.5 end‑user devices troubleshooting.
