Job summary

A technology support company in Kuala Lumpur seeks an IT Support Specialist to assist with infrastructure and maintenance needs for global clients. Responsibilities include responding to IT requests, troubleshooting technical issues, and assessing system needs, with weekend standby duties. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 2 years of IT support experience, a diploma in Information Technology or a related field, and a good command of English. This role requires willingness to learn about new technologies.

  • Experience in installing computer hardware configuration.

  • Experience in troubleshooting technical issues and providing system administration.
