Job description
Job Responsibilities


  • Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of factory-related information systems, including but not limited to ERP, MRP, production management, warehouse management, quality inspection, and traceability systems.

  • Manage the full lifecycle of system deployment: requirement gathering, solution confirmation, testing, go-live, and training. Translate business requirements into clear system specifications or implementation plans and coordinate with headquarters and vendors.

  • Support the daily use of factory systems, handle exceptions, data issues, and workflow inefficiencies, and continuously optimize system processes to improve data accuracy and operational efficiency.

  • Collaborate with business teams to generate various operational, production, quality, and inventory reports; understand data sources and definitions; and conduct data analysis.



Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Information Management, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Automation, or related fields preferred.

  • 1–5 years of experience in factory digitalization, system implementation, or IT in the manufacturing industry.

  • Familiar with at least one core factory module: Production, Warehouse, Quality, Procurement, Logistics, or Planning.

  • Experience in the implementation or operation of ERP, MES, WMS, QMS, or MRP systems.

  • Experience in system go-live, migration, and user training; able to communicate effectively with frontline employees, supervisors, and management.
