Job description

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, optimizing and implementing integrations between HR and other enterprise applications to ensure seamless data flows, system interoperability, and a robust interface landscape.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop or optimize HR interface landscapes and integration scenarios leveraging SAP BTP and SAP Integration Suite (CPI, API Management, Event Mesh)
• Create comprehensive technical concepts and design documentation
• Participate in global HR projects to realize complex SAP and non-SAP integration scenarios and interface landscapes
• Ensure quality and security assurance through an effective test management
• Collaborate closely and exchange technical expertise with global HR business stakeholders and IT experts

Qualifications And Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any other related field with equivalent work experience may be considered
• Experience in system integration, interface development, and data management
• Proven expert in SAP BTP with focus on Integration Suite
• Solid technical knowledge in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
• Knowledge with HR systems (e.g. SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, Workday) and related processes would be a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Work in a results-orientated manner and strong communicator, both within the team and across the organization
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team
