EASYM MERCHANDISER SDN. BHD. is seeking a motivated Sales & Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team in Damansara Utama, Selangor. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and expanding our client base within the technology and SaaS industry.

What you'll be doing

Identifying and prospecting new leads through cold-calling, networking and other business development activities

Arranging and conducting face-to-face or virtual meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and pitch our SaaS solutions

Negotiating contract terms, closing sales deals and onboarding new clients

Maintaining a strong pipeline of sales opportunities and proactively managing the full sales cycle

Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted campaigns to generate new leads

Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets

What we're looking for

Proven track record of 2-3 years in new business development, preferably within the technology or SaaS industry

Fresh graduates and juniors who are self-driven, eager to learn, and want to build a successful sales career are strongly encouraged to apply.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients

Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with the hunter mentality and a relentless drive to succeed

Familiarity with SaaS products and technology solutions is highly desirable

Motivated, results-oriented and able to work independently as well as part of a team

Fluent in English & Mandarin (to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers).
