Job summary

A leading power solutions company in Malaysia is seeking a professional to promote and implement production systems. Your responsibilities will include analyzing user needs, providing solutions, and offering training. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, at least 1 year of experience in MES systems, and is fluent in English and Mandarin. Job description

Responsible for promoting and implementing production systems (including MES, IPS, etc.) in the Malaysian company.

Actively communicate with clients and stakeholders to understand user needs and provide customized solutions.

Analyze and resolve issues encountered during the implementation process.

Provide system usage training and technical support to business departments to ensure users can proficiently use the MES system.

Oversee project planning and execution, coordinate resources, and drive progress; report to headquarters IT on progress and issues, sync new features, promote new business, and ensure system translation; ensure timely and quality project completion.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related fields.

At least 1 year of experience in MES system requirement analysis or development in manufacturing.

Experience in implementing or designing at least one management system project (e.g., ERP, MES, PLM).

Ability to collect requirements, and provide solutions under guidance.

Proficient in using tools like Axure and Office for requirement analysis and system design.

Proficient in SQL. Experience in reading and analyzing code is a plus.

Fluent in English and Mandarin, Mandarin is needed as employee is required to communicate with Chinese stakeholders
